Description: Today I'm sharing some of the meals I've been eating. Lots of at home cooking now that we all have to stay home. My goal has been to stop binge snacking, especially the late night cravings. By having meals with mostly complex carbs, I've been able to stay full longer. I do intermittent fasting so my morning begins with a glass of water and my medicine and then an hour or more later I start eating (usually 11am or 12pm) then I stop eating by 8pm. I left the ingredients shopping list down below for you to reference in case you need it! I want to do another What I Eat In a Day video on my smaller meals, but more frequent healthy snacks. Those include green smoothies, complex carbs like oatmeal and fish for dinner.
